1 Information We Collect

When a merchant installs or authorizes the App, we may access certain information from the merchant's Shopify store through Shopify APIs, depending on the permissions approved by the merchant. This may include:

• Store information, such as store name, myshopify.com domain, store URL, currency, timezone, and store settings.
• Order information, such as order ID, order status, order value, currency, created time, products purchased, discounts, taxes, shipping information, and payment status.
• Customer-related order information, such as customer ID, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and purchase history, where required to provide the App's functionality and where access has been approved.
• Product and catalog information, such as product ID, title, SKU, price, variant information, and inventory-related information.
• App installation and authorization information, such as access tokens, granted scopes, installation status, and webhook events.

We only request access to the data that is necessary to provide the App's features.

1.2 Information collected directly from merchants

We may collect information that merchants provide directly to us, including:

• Account registration or contact information, such as name, email address, company name, and support contact details.
• Advertising account configuration, such as advertising platform account IDs, pixel IDs, access tokens, API credentials, synchronization settings, and attribution settings.
• Support communications, feedback, troubleshooting information, and messages sent to us.

1.3 Information collected from merchant customers

Depending on how the merchant configures the App, we may process information relating to the merchant's customers, including:

• Order and transaction information.
• Product purchase information.
• Customer identifiers, such as customer ID, email address, phone number, or address information, where necessary for order synchronization, attribution, or advertising pixel matching.
• Online event data, such as page views, product views, add-to-cart events, checkout events, purchase events, browser/device information, IP address, user agent, and cookie or pixel identifiers, where the merchant enables pixel or tracking features.

The merchant is responsible for providing appropriate notices and obtaining any required consent from its customers before enabling advertising, tracking, or pixel-related features.

2 How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App.
• Establish and manage advertising pixel integrations for merchants.
• Synchronize and aggregate advertising data.
• Synchronize and aggregate order data.
• Attribute advertising performance and generate reports.
• Configure integrations with advertising platforms selected by the merchant.
• Troubleshoot issues, provide customer support, and improve the App.
• Monitor security, prevent fraud, and protect the App.
• Comply with legal obligations, Shopify requirements, and applicable platform policies.

We do not use merchant customer personal information for purposes unrelated to providing the App's services unless required or permitted by law.

3 Advertising Platform Integrations

If a merchant connects an advertising platform, such as TikTok, Meta, Google, or another supported platform, the App may transmit certain event, order, customer, or pixel-related information to that platform on behalf of the merchant.

The specific information shared depends on the merchant's configuration and the advertising platform's API requirements. This may include order events, product information, order value, currency, hashed customer identifiers, pixel IDs, and conversion event data.

The merchant is responsible for ensuring that its use of advertising platforms, pixels, cookies, tracking technologies, and customer data complies with applicable laws, platform terms, and the merchant's own privacy policy.

4 Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The App may use cookies, pixels, tags, or similar technologies where necessary to provide pixel connection, event tracking, attribution, analytics, and advertising data synchronization features.

Where required by applicable law, merchants must obtain valid consent from customers before enabling tracking technologies through the App.

5 How We Share Information

We may share information with:

• Shopify, as necessary to operate the App and comply with Shopify platform requirements.
• Advertising platforms connected by the merchant.
• Cloud hosting, database, analytics, monitoring, email, and support service providers that help us operate the App.
• Legal, regulatory, or government authorities where required by law.
• Successors or affiliates in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of business assets.

We do not sell merchant customer personal information.

6 Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary to provide the App, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.

When a merchant uninstalls the App, we will stop collecting new data from the store. We will delete or anonymize store-related personal data within six (6) months after uninstall, unless we are required to retain it for legal, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, tax, accounting, or compliance purposes.

7 Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for data in transit.
• Access controls and permission management.
• Secure storage of API credentials and access tokens.
• Monitoring and logging for security and operational purposes.
• Limiting access to personal information to authorized personnel and service providers.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8 International Data Transfers

We may process and store information in countries or regions outside the merchant's or customer's location, including where our service providers operate. Where required, we will use appropriate safeguards for international transfers of personal information.

9 Merchant and Customer Rights

Depending on applicable law, merchants and customers may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the processing of their personal information.

Merchants can contact us using the details below to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy-related assistance.

For customer personal data processed on behalf of a merchant, customers should contact the merchant directly. We will assist merchants in responding to valid privacy requests as required by applicable law and Shopify requirements.

10 Shopify Mandatory Privacy Webhooks

We support Shopify's mandatory compliance webhooks, including:

• customers/data_request
• customers/redact
• shop/redact

We use these webhooks to receive and process privacy-related requests from Shopify, including customer data access requests, customer data deletion requests, and shop data deletion requests.

11 Children's Privacy

The App is intended for use by merchants and businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12 Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice where required.
